Referral to PTU’s Rehabilitation Centre
The Rehabilitation Centre is located in Rødovre and has a small department in Risskov near Aarhus. Both locations provide outpatient rehabilitation and in Rødovre a three week rehabilitation stay is offered to patients who live too far away to undergo outpatient treatment. The Rehabilitation Centre with its more than 4,500 square feet (jeg mener, I skal holde Jer til enten m eller feet, og eftersom centret ligger i DK, ville jeg skreive 4,000 m2) features modern and wheel chair accessible treatment facilities, a well-equipped gym and a warm-water pool with a maximum water depth of 1.7 m. More people in treatmentPTU is in dialogue with the public authorities on widening the target group of the Rehabilitation Centre in order to eventually be able to offer treatment to people with whiplash injuries.
